Unsurpassed in terms of cutting effiency, precision, versatility, safety, and ease of
operation! The MULTICUT-SE is a high-performance Universal-Saw, which will
propel you into a new world of precision sawing. Its powerful continuously rated
motor is provided with an electronic infinitely variable speed control. With this control
it is possible to slow the cutting speed down from 1400 to 400 strokes per minute,
making it easier to accomplish intricate precision cuts, inside and outside, or fragile
materials (inlay work in wood, ivory or metals; miniatur work-pieces etc.). Due to its
design, high-quality components, sawblade attachment and tensioning mechanism,
the MULTICUT-SE is capable of almost unbelievable sawing performance and
accuracy. Practically no blade breakage and no deviation from the line. Clean, vertical
cuts, requiring little or no finishing. The maximum cutting height is 65mm (2,56
in), the gooseneck being 460mm (18 in.). The worktable is adjustable to both sides,
45°/15°. The MULTICUT-SE uses conventional 5“ blades (130mm) like our
COLIBRI-sawblades.
CONSTRUCTION: Oscillating arms in special light alloy, with high load journal
bearing and wear-resistant pivot-bearing grooves. Worktable of ribbed casting,
machined mechanically, with pivot bearings free from play. Rear frame and base in
very stable cast iron. Chip removal bellows in special, long-endurance material allowing
trouble-free operation. Amply powered 100 W-motor designed for continuous
duty with incorporated variable speed control.
